Support after handover

Your system.
Our ongoing attention.

An installation is the start of a long-term responsibility. Routine servicing provides the opportunity to inspect the system, carry out the required checks and record any findings.

Looking after your system

A few useful answers.

Does the pump self-test replace servicing?
No. Automatic monitoring and self-tests do not replace the inspections and servicing required by the manufacturer.
Can you look after an older system?
Send us the system make, model, installation details and service history. We can review what support is appropriate for that installation.
What if I have changed the layout of the property?
Contact the system designer or installer before making changes that may affect the protected space, nozzle positions or pipework. A review may be needed.
What should I do if the system indicates a fault?
Follow the instructions in your user manual and contact your installer or maintenance provider. Do not assume that a fault can wait until the annual service.
