Your enquiry.
Your information.

How this website handles the information you choose to share.

This website is provided for Total Mist Services Limited, trading as TM Services. You can contact us at enquiries@tmservicesltd.co.uk or at 225 Perry Hill, London SE6 4HD.

The enquiry builder

The enquiry builder prepares an email in your browser. Completing the fields does not submit the enquiry to TM Services. When you choose to open your email app or copy the text, you can review the information, add attachments and send it yourself.

Information you send us

If you email or telephone us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested services. Please include only information relevant to your project. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information about other people.

Website operation

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. The hosting platform may process technical information and use essential cookies to provide the site and its access controls.

Links and documents

Links to BSI, iCO and other external sources take you to third-party websites. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. Project videos are served from this website rather than an embedded social media player.

Questions about your information

Contact enquiries@tmservicesltd.co.uk if you have a question about information you have sent to us, or want to request a correction or deletion. We will consider requests in light of any records that must be retained for the work undertaken.
